Thai-Grilled Pork Steaks

4- 6oz boneless pork loin steaks

4-tablespoons curry power

1-teaspoon garlic powder

1-tablespoon sugar

1-teaspoon cayenne pepper

˝ -teaspoon cumin

˝ -teaspoon coriander

1- teaspoon salt

1-cup red wine

1. Marinate the pork steaks in the red wine for 1 hour. 

2. Light the grill. 

3. In a mixing bowl blend, curry, garlic, sugar, cayenne, cumin, coriander, salt. 

4. Rub the steaks liberally with the spice mixture. 

5. Grill steaks about 4 minutes per side. Or they can be broiled. Do not over cook.

 Serve at once with rice and scallions.
