

SWEDISH HAM MEATBALLS

MEATBALLS: 2 ½ pounds ground ham 2 cups bread crumbs 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 to 1 cup milk SAUCE: NOTE: Have your butcher grind the ham for you or you can do it in small batches in your food processor. Serve with potatoes, red cabbages, mustard and stewed and mashed apples
