We are what we create! How we inspire ourselves to be in love with life will vary from person to person. What is it that you have always desired to do and be but thought was out of your reach? Do you give up on your dream because of circumstances? Do you stay stuck in your present reality or do you take the steps necessary to create a new reality, the one you always dreamed of for yourself.

Have you always waited for fate to simply hand your dream to you? Do you look on others success and passion with jealousy and scorn? Or would you like to be celebrating with those that have found their power and be an example for your brothers and sisters to follow?

By igniting your power, your passion for life and love, you can develop the will to pursue your dreams, ridding your mind of the self-doubt that has held you back.

Visualize what it is you want to create in your life then take the physical measures needed to put your desires into motion. What is it that you always felt passionately about? Focus on the aspects of what you can do in order to get started. It is fruitless to constantly focus on the aspects of life that you have no real power over. You cannot force your will on the universe, but you can learn to accept life and circumstance and then take the first steps at building your life into what you want from it. Work with “what you’ve got!” then build from that foundation.

Maintain a positive attitude and learn to work with the skills you have while you learn to activate your creative forces. By learning how to incorporate the things we love and feel strongly about into our lives we develop a love for what we are doing and in turn learn to love ourselves for being true to our hearts and our intrinsic natures. It sounds so simple written down but in everyday life, it’s not always so easy to stay on the path of taking control of your life, and not letting life have control over you.

We want to feel loved, whole, complete, but that is the point; we will always be growing. We must accept the fact that we can never feel totally complete. This is complacency. To be complete infers that we are finished. Done. Are you finished? I hardly think so. I’m not either, I welcome feeling incomplete, it makes me move, grow and learn. It makes me work more diligently at being better than I was the day before. There is no limit to how far we can go if we accept life’s challenges as lessons to be learned and actually learn from them.

We do this by staying conscious, aware and in touch with ourselves. We welcome change-the chance to grow and improve. We learn to look to the glass half full aspect of life. Gradually, as our outlook on life becomes more positive, we learn how to ignite the power to be truly in love with life. We learn to view the “failures” as lessons to learn from. This is the key to your power, to be able to move forward through the difficult times as well as the easy times in life.

Attitude, Gratitude, and Optimism

Our attitude affects our perspective on life. Daily, minute-by-minute, we must work on being more conscious about how our attitude is affecting our lives and the people around us. Over intensive emotions can turn people off. Many of us struggle to find a way to deal with the aspects in life that make us sad or angry, without letting the negativity eat us alive. Sometimes we can’t even stand being around ourselves when we get in that mode and end up trying to escape through destructive means. So, do we beat ourselves up? Do we run and hide? Do we drink too much? Do we take it out on our family? Yes. Then do we feel disgust toward ourselves for doing so? Yes, yes, yes…! How do we get out of it?

The next step is to find the proverbial half- full aspect in the glass of life. Sounds so corny but by counting our blessings we begin to see the light of day again and can begin our crawl upwards. This is all we can do. Forgive ourselves for our negative or fear based reactions and move onward and upward. Work on the things you can change and let go of the things in your life that cannot be changed!

If you are in a loving relationship take the time to pamper and reaffirm that love with your honey. Remember to love yourself as well as your brother’s and sisters. Love is what makes our lives strong and vital. Unconditional love is love free from boundaries and limitations. Learn to love everyone. We are all connected so we cannot reap the benefits of true absolute love if we carry hate and bitterness inside us. Focus on the positive and act accordingly.
